Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original box, ensuring all protective films, tags, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package to our designated inspection facility.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
